Maya Aguilar

Ms. Maya Aguilar is the Communications Coordinator at the Institute on Disability and Public Policy (IDPP) and the Center for Research on Collaboraties and Technology Enhanced Learning Communities (COTELCO), where she leads and implements strategic communication initiatives. Maya has been serving Washington, DC's nonprofit sector since 2005. Beginning as an AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteer, she has worked at education, public health, and international development nonprofit organizations performing communications, marketing, and public relations work. She holds a BA in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College, and a MA in Public Communication from the School of Communication at American University.
