Ms. Della Leonor is a program associate at the Institute on Disability and Public Policy (IDPP) for the ASEAN Region. She earned a Master's in Comparative and International Disability Policy in August 2012 from American University's School of International Service through the IDPP and The Nippon Foundation Fellowship. Ms. Leonor is a member of the board of directors and president of the Philippines Chapter of the World Association for Persons with Disabilities; president of the Persons with Disabilities Roxas City Chapter; and intellectual disability regional representative for the National Anti-Poverty Commission of the Office of the President of the Philippines. In July 2012, Ms. Leonor was elected secretary of the First Regional Congress of Persons with Disabilities in the Philippines. She completed her BA in Accounting at Colegio De La Purisma Concepcion in the Philippines. Ms. Leonor resides in Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines.
