Consuelo Nelson

Ms. Consuelo Nelson is the Associate Director for the Institute on Disability and Public Policy (IDPP), and a Senior Research Associate with the Center for Research on Collaboratories and Technology Enhanced Learning Communities (COTELCO). She contributed to the initial research toward the curriculum development and conceptionalization of the IDPP, and continues to work closely with the incoming inaugural class earning the Master's of International Affairs in Comparative and International Disability Policy offered by the School of International Service at American University. She completed her B.A. in Politics at Mount Holyoke College, and is currently working toward a Master's in Public Policy at the School of Public Affairs at American University with a focus on social policy.
