Identification of Baseline Indicators

Problem:

Determine the legal entity and accreditation procedures for the creation of the IDPP for the ASEAN region

Goal:

To determine the best legal entity and procedures to ensure the establishment and the accreditation of the IDPP

Objectives:

• Identify the relevant potential legal entities
• Identify the procedures and requirements for the accreditation
• Determine the costs and benefits of the potential legal entities
• Assess the extent to which each of the possible legal entities fulfill the needs for the establishment of the IDPP
